This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats SMEs in utilizing social media as a marketing tool find out most effective strategies run order increase sales. The method used is SWOT analysis, data processing using excel. In collecting questionnaire distributed January 2021 period with total of 226 respondents. results obtained by are quadrant I, which means that strategy growth strategy, namely SO uses strengths take advantage exist SMEs. Its implementation intensity promotions, maintain product service quality, customer trust, be communicative customers.
